You cannot say we’ve had a bad summer this year in Western New York. Hot, humid, almost enough rain to keep the grass green — this week will be more of the same. Glad most of the time I work in an air-conditioned building, although sometimes it does get a bit chilly. It is amusing to have to wear a sweater inside when it’s 90 outside!
One last set of ‘official’ Orientations tomorrow (Tuesday).
Going to be at the Albion Campus Center in the late afternoon and early evening to help anyone with pretty much anything. Stop by the center between 2:30 and 4:00 pm and again between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm for assistance. Usernames and passwords reset on the spot!
There’s one last Online Technical Orientation for anyone who’s missed everything. Click here to access the webinar (you can log in as early as 3:30 pm). I should be online about 3:50 to get started as close to 4:00 pm as possible. You need speakers but not a microphone since this is mostly me speaking at you.
As always, anyone in Batavia can get password help between 8 am and 4:30 pm in T207. T207 is open until 10 pm, Monday thru Thursday and on Saturday and the lab assistants who work there are awesome and can help you navigate your classes if you’re struggling with that. So even when the professional staff isn’t available, the lab assistants can help you out.
The Help Desk is always available 24×7, 365 days a year at 1-866-614-5004 (toll free).
