Anyone know how to do an exorcism? I swear, this equipment is possessed. Or jinxed.

It’s 9 pm, someone is going in to try to fix it. Hang tight, it’ll take some time to get in and rig the work-around.

Yes, we have already vented at the vendor. We just bought this stuff and it’s not working right.

Hang in and watch for updates as I have them.

Okay, fixed now….  not even going to breathe on it for a couple of days….. kind of like not thinking about pink elephants.

  1. Hey, is there any way we could have a Twitter that updates us with downtimes and stuff? I’d love to subscribe on my cell phone and have it sent when I’m wondering.
