There’s lots of information out there, I know. And I add to it endlessly….
On the other hand, there’s a difference between what I think you want to know and what you really want to know. I make educated guesses based on what I know is confusing, what questions I do get asked and just general ‘wanting to be helpful.’ Doesn’t mean it answers your question.
If you have the time, take a poke at the Help Desk web site: http://hd.genesee.edu and look at what’s there. Not only the basic things but anything that you think is even more confusing, what’s missing and what else would be helpful.
My audience is all of you. Students, faculty, staff, parents, any casual reader. Anyone that has an interest in — and questions about — Genesee Community College. The college web site at www.genesee.edu is also helpful and informational but this subset of the college web space is meant to be more technically oriented.
